- Guide teams through their transformation projects.
- Assess the impact of transformations on employees, business functions, and HR processes.
- Define a change management strategy by analyzing organizational, cultural, and human impacts of transformation projects.
- Develop communication and training strategies.
- Manage risks by identifying potential obstacles or resistance to change.
- Facilitate a change agent community and organize events to foster engagement and commitment.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by establishing performance indicators for transformation understanding and implementation.
- Support IT projects in developing and implementing change management strategies.
- Conduct research on change management methodologies and HR innovations.
- Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
- 5-10 years of significant experience in HR organizational consulting.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and anticipate human and organizational impacts.
- Proficiency in training, communication, and project management tools.
- Curiosity and awareness of new trends in change management.
- Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of IT environments and transformation challenges in IT departments is a plus.
