1. Guide teams through their transformation projects.
2. Assess the impact of transformations on employees, business functions, and HR processes.
3. Define a change management strategy by analyzing organizational, cultural, and human impacts of transformation projects.
4. Develop communication and training strategies.
5. Manage risks by identifying potential obstacles or resistance to change.
6. Facilitate a change agent community and organize events to foster engagement and commitment.
7. Contribute to continuous improvement by establishing performance indicators for transformation understanding and implementation.
8. Support IT projects in developing and implementing change management strategies.
9. Conduct research on change management methodologies and HR innovations.

1. Master's degree in Business or equivalent.
2. 5-10 years of significant experience in HR organizational consulting.
3. Proficiency in change management methodologies.
4. Ability to analyze and anticipate human and organizational impacts.
5. Proficiency in training, communication, and project management tools.
6. Curiosity and awareness of new trends in change management.
7. Clear communication skills, both oral and written.
8. Knowledge of IT environments and transformation challenges in IT departments is a plus.
9. Fluent in English.
