1. Manage all sales transactions on cash tills and system with high accuracy and efficiency
2. In charge of opening and closing of tills
3. Responsible for petty cash for the Boutique
4. Handle client enquiries and concerns regarding payment
5. Manage the processing and filing of all documentation relating to responsibilities
6. Communicate all sales and cash control issues with line manager and/or store manager
7. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image
8. Participate in store meetings and actively contribute to achieving the store’s target and represent a positive approach as a team
9. Provide assistance on the Boutique floor when necessary

1. At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service and cashiering, preferably in high-end fashion, luxury, or hospitality industry

2. Great interpersonal and communication skills with service-oriented mind
3. A team player attitude to reach a common goal and go the extra mile
4. Fluent English and/or any other language (Chinese, Japanese) is a plus

Minimum of 2 years in customer service and cashiering, preferably in high-end fashion, luxury, or hospitality industry.

Unlimited contract
