Hermès Cashier Coordinator

- Manage all sales transactions on cash tills and system with precision and efficiency.
- Oversee the opening and closing of tills.
- Handle petty cash management within the boutique.
- Address client inquiries and concerns regarding payments.
- Process and file all documentation related to cashier responsibilities.
- Communicate sales and cash control issues to the line manager or store manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a shopping environment aligned with the brand image.
- Participate in store meetings and contribute to achieving sales targets while fostering team collaboration.
- Assist on the boutique floor as needed.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service and cashiering, preferably in high-end fashion, luxury, or hospitality industries.
- Highly organized with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Chinese or Japanese is advantageous.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service and cashiering, ideally within the luxury fashion or hospitality sectors.
