Hermès Cashier

1. Greet customers, answer phones, and direct inquiries.
2. Address routine billing questions and issues.
3. Assist in store opening and closing, including cash handling and deposits.
4. Complete, process, and maintain paperwork and records.
5. Identify prices of goods using memory or scanner.
6. Enter transactions in the cash register and provide total bills to customers.
7. Sort and count currency and coins.
8. Issue receipts and change to customers.
9. Count money at the beginning and end of each shift.
10. Process credit card and check payments.
11. Perform customer service representative duties when required.
12. Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and marking prices.
13. Open and close tills.

1. Proficiency in Russian.

1. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
2. Detail-oriented and highly observant.
3. Ability to multitask.
4. Proven good customer experience background.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment handling high volumes of transactions efficiently. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team of at least 10 staff members.
