- Greet customers and direct inquiries appropriately, including answering phones.
- Address routine billing questions and issues from customers.
- Assist in opening and closing the store, including cash handling and deposits.
- Complete, process, and maintain paperwork and records.
- Identify prices of goods using memory or scanner.
- Enter transactions in the cash register and provide customers with the total bill.
- Sort and count currency and coins, issuing receipts and change to customers.
- Count money at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Process credit card and check payments.
- Perform customer service representative duties as required.
- Assist in stocking shelves, rotating merchandise, and marking prices.
- Open and close tills.
- Proficiency in Russian.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment handling high transaction volumes.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team of at least 10 members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly observant.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proven background in delivering good customer experience.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering, with prior exposure to high-volume transaction environments.
