Hermès Business Analyst - Internet of Things

- Analyze the performance of the distribution network through qualitative and quantitative assessments of products, markets, and distribution channels.
- Propose enhancements and ensure the reliability of existing dashboards.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and seasonal reports for the métier and management.
- Support the preparation of buying sessions for new collections and contribute to the development of tools for subsidiaries to facilitate order placement.
- Aid in the preparation, construction, and monitoring of sales forecasts for future products.
- Collaborate with the team to allocate products to markets, ensuring online and in-store availability, and monitor stock levels.
- Participate in the deployment of a new sales forecasting tool, including testing and suggesting improvements for future versions.
- Degree in engineering or business school, ideally with a specialization in supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management (Power Query), Power BI, and an interest in information systems.
- Experience with Anaplan is advantageous.
- Pragmatic with strong critical and analytical thinking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Quick-witted and passionate with a curious nature.
- Fluent in English.
Previous experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within the luxury or retail sectors.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, with a focus on supply chain management preferred.
