Hermès Business Analyst Intern

- Conduct daily sales tracking against budgetary goals.
- Perform monthly commercial performance analysis across various product categories and sales channels.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, inventory, orders, and sell-through rates for each point of sale.
- Evaluate product performance, identifying top sellers, underperformers, and new releases.
- Execute ad-hoc analyses as required, including sales performance, distribution network, and CRM analysis.
- Coordinate the management of exceptional timepieces within the Horlogerie métier, including transfers and deliveries.
- Optimize and manage inventory levels.
- Assist in preparing purchasing strategies for new collections, collaborating with store directors biannually.
- Collaborate with the commercial and customer experience teams on cross-functional projects.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytical tools and reporting systems.
- Develop new dashboards to meet evolving business needs.
- Final-year student or in the second part of a gap year from a business or engineering school.
- Previous internship experience in Business Analysis, Commercial Development, or Retail Merchandising is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with PowerBI is highly valued.
- Fluency in English.
- Availability from July to December 2025.
