Hermès Business Analyst Intern - Hats and Gloves

- Develop sales support tools during fashion show and pre-collection periods, including sales, stock, and RAL analyses.
- Participate in the creation of Excel and PowerPoint tools such as modelario, briefs, purchasing tracking tools, catalogs, and collection plans.
- Ensure the order-taking application for stores is up-to-date.
- Contribute to the training of sales staff.
- Coordinate and organize the showroom stand during sales events, welcoming and assisting buyers.
- Monitor and modify orders as necessary.
- Review orders to alert relevant zone managers of any issues.
- Collaborate with zone managers to prepare interim and final Podium results.
- Conduct post-showroom analyses.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and weekly reports, as well as ad-hoc activity analyses such as end-of-season reviews and specific studies.
- Support the execution of push, restock, and special orders.
- Prepare commercial analyses for countries and boutiques in anticipation of zone manager travels or calls.
- Assist various zones and zone managers in commercial activities, including substitutions, transfers, and liaising with Customer Service.
- Support zone managers with additional foundational projects.
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years in business, commerce, or engineering school.
- Experience in retail or a commercial department is advantageous.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Analytical skills and numerical proficiency.
- Attention to detail, precision, and synthesis ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and teamwork.

Experience in retail or a commercial department is beneficial.
