Hermès Business Analyst - Cart & Checkout

- Participate in design workshops with the Product Owner for the Cart & Checkout scope.
- Prepare inputs for various agile instances including grooming, sprint planning, and PI planning.
- Draft and update functional specifications in the documentation space.
- Complete user stories identified by the Product Owner, formalize acceptance criteria, and conduct automated tests.
- Maintain and update the team's backlog.
- Monitor sprint progress and delivery with development teams.
- Update project tracking tools and performance indicators.
- Assist in tracking the activation of various features.
- Draft and format training documents.
- Participate in testing phases.
- Produce KPIs and develop dashboards.
- Conduct benchmarking and competitive analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts from other areas.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital environments.
- Strong interest in digital, user experience, and e-commerce.
- Functional profile comfortable in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical topics clearly and concisely.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.
- Attention to detail, responsiveness, and autonomy.
- Comfortable with data analysis and translating insights.
A minimum of 3 years in e-commerce or digital roles, with a focus on business analysis or similar functions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Digital, or related field.
