Hermès Business Analyst Assistant

- Conduct various reports to analyze business activity, including performance analysis by region and segment.
- Produce ad hoc analyses and prepare studies upon request from other departments.
- Ensure data reliability in product references, with regular reviews and updates in Bolduc.
- Prepare tools and reports for purchasing sessions, including market tools, budget screens, and daily purchase reports.
- Assist sales teams during purchasing sessions and organize feedback synthesis from markets.
- Participate in stock management, including analysis and publication of available stock to markets, monthly stock tracking, and coordination of restocking operations.
- Support the forecasting process by preparing and updating data related to forecasting exercises and participating in podium forecasts.
- Enrollment in a Master's program in business, engineering, or equivalent university education.
- Previous internship experience in management control, business analysis, or forecasting.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to synthesize and consolidate information.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Retail sensitivity and commercial acumen.
Prior internship experience in management control, business analysis, or forecasting is required.
Master's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent.
