- Gather sell-out data from distributors for business monitoring.
- Utilize Power BI to create KPIs, graphs, and dashboards for data visualization and analysis.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Develop detailed reports using financial tools to provide insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Assist in documenting and implementing management processes to enhance business control and efficiency.
- Prepare monthly reports, including closing notes, to track financial performance and provide actionable insights.
- Perform ad hoc financial studies, including payment analysis.
- Analyze variances between actual financial performance and budgeted figures.
- Monitor sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Finance Manager and Business Analyst on the budget process.
- Assist in annual pricing adjustments and establish benchmarks for competitive monitoring.
- Analyze competitors' pricing strategies to inform pricing decisions.
- Higher education degree from a Business School or equivalent.
- Successful 6-month experience in a similar role is highly appreciated.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in French is appreciated.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
- Experience with ERP, Item Management Systems, and Online Databases (BI).
- Proficiency in Power BI and Business Intelligence projects.
- Expertise in DAX and Power Query.
- Strong numerical aptitude and interest in business development.
- Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and organizational skills.
- Feedback-oriented and committed to personal learning.
A successful 6-month experience in a similar role is highly appreciated.
Higher education degree from a Business School or equivalent.
