Hermès Business Analyst Intern - Jewelry Division

- Conduct weekly and monthly commercial performance analysis across various regions, product families (High Jewelry, Gold, Silver), and sales channels (Retail, E-Commerce).
- Perform monthly KPI analysis (sales, stock, orders, sell-through) for each geographical area, covering the entire Jewelry catalog, and communicate findings to Zone Managers.
- Assist in preparing monthly meetings by analyzing and synthesizing new product performance by line and country, creating PowerPoint presentations, and presenting to relevant teams.
- Undertake ad hoc analytical studies as needed, including sales performance, network distribution, and CRM analysis.
- Participate in discussions on new performance indicators and optimize existing processes.
- Contribute to the enhancement of dashboards, supporting the transition to PowerBI and Power Query, and develop new dashboards as required.
- Prepare support tools for purchasing sessions, participate in these sessions by presenting new products to buyers, and monitor daily purchases.
- Consolidate and present purchasing results.
- Currently enrolled in an engineering or business school, either in a gap year or final year of study, with the ability to work independently.
- Dynamic, meticulous, curious, and adaptable, with a strong affinity for numerical data and previous analytical experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Interest or curiosity in the Jewelry sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Excel test required).
- Knowledge of PowerBI/Power Query is a plus.

Previous experience in an analytical role is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering or business.
