Hermès Belt Collection Development Intern

- Coordinate the planning and execution of the Showroom/Runway campaign for both Women's and Men's collections, considering deadlines, manufacturing timelines, collection changes, and supply chain challenges.
- Develop and implement tracking tools for the Podium campaign.
- Manage order flows and supply chain logistics, including order placement and procurement tracking.
- Serve as the primary liaison with manufacturing sites and material purchasing departments, ensuring communication and deadline awareness.
- Organize and manage Podium stock, including product reception, inspection, and prototype classification according to the collection schedule.
- Participate in Podium setup activities, including photoshoots, stand installation, and prototype inventory.
- Analyze performance metrics, providing weekly reports and end-of-campaign evaluations.
- Oversee inventory and archival management for the Collection department, including stock control, discrepancy investigation, and flow management for sales, archiving, destruction, and revaluation.
- Build historical records and product references within the métier bible, and execute the annual inventory closure for the Belt department.
- Enrolled in a business or engineering school.
- Previous internship experience in product development or project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and dynamic work ethic.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems.
- Interest in fashion and high-stakes product environments.
- Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly to challenges.
A prior internship in product development or project management is required.
Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering.
