1. Coordinate the production of institutional films, including events, craftsmanship, training, and interviews.
2. Manage diverse audiovisual projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and vendor relations.
3. Facilitate communication with directors, filming crews, and editors.
4. Maintain and input purchase orders and expense reports.
5. Update and manage comprehensive tracking sheets for shoots, raw footage, and video releases.

1. Currently enrolled in a Communication, Business, or Administration school.
2. Organized, rigorous, and enthusiastic with a desire to engage in a formative apprenticeship.

1. Ability to anticipate and take initiative.
2. Autonomous and curious.
3. Proficiency in English.
4. Proficient in Macintosh environment and Microsoft Office Suite.

No prior experience required, but a strong interest in audiovisual production is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in Communication, Business, or Administration.
