Hermès Assistant Visual Merchandising Project Manager

- Implement international planograms across various distribution networks in alignment with product launches (Perfume & Beauty).
- Develop recommendations for counters, walls, or linear displays in accordance with the annual collection plan.
- Manage the IWD software: update, monitor, and provide regional support.
- Integrate tools into the Carrousel platform and update the 3D database.
- Update various documents in line with strategic evolutions of the maison (Institutional VM Bible, Visual Strategy at Point of Sale, etc.).
- Deploy launches or range animations across defined territorial zones.
- Correct, adapt, and validate creative proposals from countries, ensuring alignment with VM guidelines and local challenges.
- Facilitate direct communication with regions via email and Teams sessions.
- Organize monthly VM workshops: compile current topics and develop presentations.
- Conduct competitive and creative monitoring.
- Compile and analyze local implementations.
- Successful initial experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.
- Higher education in Space Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or business school, IAE, University, or equivalent with a specialization like IFM.
- Project management expertise is advantageous.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Knowledge of IWD software is a plus.
- Attention to detail and execution quality on the ground.
- Organizational skills and teamwork spirit.
- Strong interpersonal skills for project advancement.
At least 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in a similar position.
Higher education in Space Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, or equivalent business studies.
