- Assist in the development of scenography concepts and point-of-sale materials in alignment with Hermès' brand codes and strategic vision for the Parfum & Beauté division.
- Collaborate daily with the Operational Visual Merchandising team and cross-functional teams including Communication, Collection Development, Purchasing, and Animation.
- Conduct artistic and image research to create moodboards, selecting and organizing relevant images.
- Produce quick sketches to express ideas at both product and architectural scales using hand drawing or graphic tablets.
- Brief model makers through sketches, plans, and material specifications, and source materials and suppliers.
- Create 3D models using SketchUp for podiums, displays, and other visual merchandising elements.
- Prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint to synthesize and formalize ideas.
- Adapt concepts across all scenographic materials to highlight new products in retail environments, coordinating with external agencies and managing visual framing with the Communication team.
- Develop guidelines to support international teams in implementing scenographic concepts, including technical details and production plans.
- Oversee the production of point-of-sale elements in collaboration with the Purchasing team, ensuring material and finish quality.
- Organize and dispatch material samples to various countries for production purposes.
- A successful initial experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly desirable.
- Advanced education in Design, DCEV, Interior Architecture, or related fields (Master's or DSAA preferred).
- Creative, meticulous, organized, with strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage projects independently.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, and Illustrator (knowledge of Keyshot or Vray is an advantage).
- Strong affinity with the fragrance and beauty industry.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience, preferably in a similar capacity.
Advanced degree in Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
