Hermès Assistant Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
- Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
- Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury goods.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
