1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Support the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
3. Supervise and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service.
4. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
6. Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance.
7. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
8. Contribute to the implementation of marketing and promotional strategies.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, with a focus on luxury goods.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
