1. Support and relieve the Store Manager in administrative tasks, operational management, and team leadership.
2. Achieve sales targets and objectives for the boutique.
3. Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulations in daily operations.
4. Provide professional and service-oriented assistance to both local and international clientele across the entire product range.
5. Assume responsibility for a specific product category following comprehensive training.
6. Assist in the decoration and presentation of the sales floor.
7. Maintain and secure merchandise.
8. Oversee goods receipt and inventory management.

1. Experience in a similar position is required.
2. Demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience.
3. Strong organizational skills, confident and positive demeanor, entrepreneurial mindset, sensitivity, and attention to detail.
4. Passion for sales and service, with familiarity in pre- and post-sales operations and customer service.
5. Proficiency in modern media and enjoyment in utilizing them efficiently in daily tasks.
6. Fluency in German and English, with an additional language preferred.

Previous experience in a comparable role within the luxury retail sector is essential.
