- Support and relieve the Store Manager in administrative tasks, operational management, and team leadership.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with all internal processes and regulations in daily operations.
- Provide professional and service-oriented assistance to both local and international clientele across the entire product range.
- Assume responsibility for a specific product category following comprehensive training.
- Assist in the decoration and presentation of the sales floor.
- Maintain and secure merchandise.
- Oversee goods receipt and inventory management.
- Experience in a similar position is required.
- Demonstrated commitment, enthusiasm, and resilience.
- Strong organizational skills, confident and positive demeanor, entrepreneurial mindset, sensitivity, and attention to detail.
- Passion for sales and service, with familiarity in pre- and post-sales operations and customer service.
- Proficiency in modern media and enjoyment in utilizing them efficiently in daily tasks.
- Fluency in German and English, with an additional language preferred.
