1. Support the Store Manager in all operational and strategic aspects of store management.
2. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain the brand's high standards.
3. Assist in managing store staff, including training and performance evaluations.
4. Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
5. Contribute to achieving sales targets and enhancing store profitability.
6. Implement visual merchandising strategies to uphold brand aesthetics.

1. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
4. Fluency in German and English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a related field is required.
