Hermès Assistant Store Manager

- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of the Hermès brand.
- Support in achieving sales targets and store profitability.
- Coordinate and manage store staff, providing training and development.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Previous experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury fashion.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
