Hermès Assistant Store Manager

- Oversee the administration and operational management of the boutique, including team leadership.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives for the boutique.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations in daily operations.
- Provide professional, service-oriented assistance to both local and international clients across the entire product range.
- Assist in the decoration and presentation of the sales area.
- Manage merchandise care and security.
- Conduct goods receipt control and inventory management.
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and a confident, positive demeanor.
- Entrepreneurial thinking with attention to detail.
- Passion for sales and service, including familiarity with inventory systems and customer service.
- Proficiency in modern media and its efficient application in daily tasks.
- Fluent in German and English, with an additional language preferred.
Experience in a comparable role within the luxury retail sector is essential.
A monthly gross salary starting from 2,691 EUR for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
