1. Oversee the administration and operational management of the boutique, including team leadership.
2. Achieve sales targets and objectives for the boutique.
3. Ensure compliance with internal processes and regulations in daily operations.
4. Provide professional, service-oriented assistance to both local and international clients across the entire product range.
5. Assist in the decoration and presentation of the sales area.
6. Manage merchandise care and security.
7. Conduct goods receipt control and inventory management.

1. Proven experience in a similar position.

1. Strong organizational skills and a confident, positive demeanor.
2. Entrepreneurial thinking with attention to detail.
3. Passion for sales and service, including familiarity with inventory systems and customer service.
4. Proficiency in modern media and its efficient application in daily tasks.
5. Fluent in German and English, with an additional language preferred.

Experience in a comparable role within the luxury retail sector is essential.

A monthly gross salary starting from 2,691 EUR for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for higher compensation based on qualifications and experience.
