1. Manage and monitor the order portfolio, including handling modification requests, implementing system changes, and communicating updates.
2. Oversee the initiation of preparation requests and track shipments and urgent client needs.
3. Ensure the seamless supply of merchandise to stores within the designated zone.
4. Collaborate with the Commercial Activities Unit to manage transfers.
5. Handle returns and product destocking from subsidiaries.
6. Address any inquiries related to order portfolios.
7. Prepare and disseminate communication notes to the network and track associated actions.
8. Prepare necessary analyses for reporting and market meetings.
9. Alert or anticipate information for subsidiaries and hierarchical managers.
