Hermès Retail Planning Intern

- Manage and monitor the order portfolio, including handling modification requests, implementing system changes, and communicating updates.
- Oversee the initiation of preparation requests and track shipments and urgent client needs.
- Ensure the seamless supply of merchandise to stores within the designated zone.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Activities Unit to manage transfers.
- Handle returns and product destocking from subsidiaries.
- Address any inquiries related to order portfolios.
- Prepare and disseminate communication notes to the network and track associated actions.
- Prepare necessary analyses for reporting and market meetings.
- Alert or anticipate information for subsidiaries and hierarchical managers.
- Interest in commercial management and information systems.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel.
- Client-oriented with a strong sense of service and commercial relations.
- Ability to anticipate, react promptly, and maintain rigor.
- Agility and adaptability.
- Fluent in English.
