Hermès Assistant Project Manager, IT Governance and Steering

- Monitor and document the IT application landscape for Hermès Parfums & Beauté, including identification and interviews with application managers, and mapping of data flows and dependencies.
- Contribute to the implementation of a project portfolio management tool within the IT department, in collaboration with Hermès Group's central IT department.
- Consolidate the IT department's project roadmap, coordinating with project managers across various IT divisions, and align it with the IT budget.
- Assist in the creation of the IT department's newsletter, working with other IT divisions.
- Support IT project managers in formalizing project requirements and tracking project budgets.
- Aid the Governance and Steering Manager in executing tasks such as presentations, budget management, deliverable drafting, and scheduling.
- Develop expertise in the IT department's cross-functional vision by implementing, optimizing, and industrializing processes, methods, and collaborative tools to enhance cross-departmental work methods.
- Currently enrolled in an Engineering, Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent program with a focus on Project Management and an interest in Information Systems.
- A successful initial experience of 6 months in a similar role is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate communication with various stakeholders.
- Curiosity, autonomy, methodical approach, and meticulousness in work.
- Proactive and innovative mindset.
- Knowledge of IT functional architecture is a plus.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience is preferred.
Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
