Hermès Assistant Project Manager, Corporate Communication and CSR

- Assist in the development and deployment of corporate communication and CSR projects, including public events focused on the maison's sustainability initiatives.
- Support subsidiaries in the international adaptation of events and the production of content for 360° activation plans.
- Analyze communication strategy objectives, identify key messages, and construct communication plans.
- Define project specifications and coordinate project teams within budget and timeline constraints.
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and the communication team.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery of events and communication tools.
- Coordinate cross-functional interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor deliverables and conduct post-action evaluations.
- Draft positioning notes, benchmarks, and sector analyses on societal and current issues impacting corporate communication.
- Facilitate the network of sustainable development referents within the communication department, including meeting preparation and project tracking.
- Enrolled in a Grande École, fashion, communication, business school, or university with a specialization in communication.
- Passionate about corporate communication, economic, and societal issues.
- Keen interest in CSR challenges, particularly within the luxury sector.
- Previous professional experience in communication (event management, project management) demonstrating autonomy, rigor, attention to detail, and service orientation.
- Proficiency in social media and media-related knowledge.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
Previous experience in communication, particularly in event management or project management, is required.
Currently pursuing higher education in communication or a related field.
