1. Receive and inspect prototypes.
2. Support the creation of models and nomenclatures in PLM, including coding.
3. Assist in updating collection tracking documents such as sketchbooks, fitting photos, material books, boards, and color range layouts.
4. Prepare products and tools for key collection events such as fittings, presentations, looks, and showroom sales.
5. Assist in the release of supplies for prototypes and collection repetitions.
6. Act as a liaison with manufacturers for the dispatch of prototypes and collection supplies.
7. Manage the reception and dispatch of prototypes and supplies to manufacturers.
8. Print and distribute collection labels.
9. Label prototypes at the end of the collection.
10. List archive pieces for return to stock.
11. Assist in maintaining internal stock.
12. Oversee logistics for collection rehearsal deliveries.
13. Assist in the reception and installation of collection rehearsals.
14. Provide backstage support and assist in organizing the fashion show.

1. Bachelor's degree +4/5 in fashion or business school.
2. Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
2. Dynamic, organized, meticulous, and autonomous.
3. Product and quality awareness, fashion sensitivity.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.

A first experience in the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.

Bachelor's degree +4/5 in fashion or business school.
