Hermès Men's Ready-to-Wear Product Development Intern

- Assist the product development team in daily tasks from sketch submission to production handover.
- Receive and inspect prototypes.
- Update collection tracking documents, including sketchbooks, fitting photo organization, material books, and color range boards.
- Prepare products and tools for key collection events such as fittings, presentations, and showroom sales.
- Support model creation and nomenclature in PLM, including coding.
- Manage the dispatch of supplies for prototypes and collection repetitions.
- Coordinate with manufacturers for prototype shipments and collection supplies.
- Archive patterns at the end of each collection.
- Conduct benchmarks on leather and sportswear throughout the collection cycle.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as required by the team.
- Handle the reception and dispatch of prototypes.
- Print and distribute collection labels.
- Label prototypes at the end of the collection.
- List archive pieces for return to stock.
- Assist in maintaining internal stock.
- Manage the delisting process at the end of each collection.
- Participate in the installation of pieces for fashion show preparation.
- Provide backstage and organizational support during the fashion show.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fashion or business (Bac +2/3).
- Previous experience in the luxury or fashion sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Dynamic, organized, and meticulous.
- Strong product and quality awareness with a fashion sensitivity.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
