- Assist the Product Manager in the development of the fashion accessories collection.
- Update collection tracking tools such as collection plans and pricing pyramids.
- Support product referencing by creating a database of collection references, including packaging and product notices.
- Ensure the organization of design meetings, including preparation of promotional materials, documents, and prototypes.
- Provide operational support for sales and competition analysis.
- Update the historical collection tracking post-runway, including photos and collection plans.
- Manage the dispatch of prototypes for various shoots, meetings, and fashion shows.
- Conduct regular analyses on competition, trends, and quantitative data.
- Initiate, track, and receive prototype orders within deadlines for runway shows and shoots.
- Manage products throughout the runway period, including setup, display, and post-event inventory and repatriation.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager to create sales support tools such as product sheets, sales briefs, catalogs, and material ranges.
- Prepare shooting briefs and oversee photo retouching.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the exhibition stand.
- Student in a business school or equivalent program, or at IFM.
- Dynamic, organized, reliable, and meticulous.
- Desire to gain autonomy through a multi-tasking role.
- Practical mindset with attention to detail and strong product sensitivity.
- Open-minded and enjoys teamwork, adaptable to various interlocutors.
- Ideally, previous experience as a Product Assistant.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesign.
Ideally, previous experience in a similar role as a Product Assistant.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program, or at IFM.
