Assistant Product Manager Intern - Fashion Jewelry

1. Assist the Product Manager in developing the collection.
2. Update collection tracking tools such as collection plans and price pyramids.
3. Assist in product referencing, including database creation and product packaging.
4. Organize and prepare for design meetings, including materials and prototypes.
5. Provide operational support for sales and competition analysis.
6. Update historical collection tracking post-show, including photos and plans.
7. Manage prototype shipments for various shoots, meetings, and shows.
8. Conduct regular analyses on competition, trends, and numerical data.
9. Launch, track, and receive prototype orders for podiums and shoots.
10. Manage products during the podium period, including setup and post-event inventory.
11. Collaborate on sales tools creation, such as product sheets and catalogs.
12. Prepare shooting briefs and oversee photo retouching.
13. Ensure the proper maintenance of the stand.

1. Student in a business school or equivalent program, or IFM.
2. Dynamic, organized, reliable, and meticulous.
3. Desire to gain autonomy through a multi-tasking role.
4. Practical mindset with attention to detail and strong product sensitivity.
5. Open-minded and adaptable team player.
6. Ideally, previous experience as an Assistant Product Manager.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign.
