Hermès High Jewelry Product Development Intern

- Participate in the development of new high jewelry collections, collaborating with the creative studio, development, and gemstone departments.
- Update collection documents, including collection plans, creative meeting boards, management files, and supplementary presentations.
- Contribute to pricing strategy recommendations for new products.
- Develop internal tools such as product sheets, craftsmanship content, and collection films, as well as external tools like packaging and collection catalogs.
- Coordinate high jewelry topics within the collection, ensuring alignment with other product segments such as silver, jewelry, and mid-range jewelry.
- Assist in special order project meetings with development, purchasing, and logistics teams, and draft meeting minutes.
- Manage special order requests using the designated software.
- Participate in monthly analyses and reports.
- Update analytical tools monthly for the high jewelry segment, covering collections, typologies, materials, and pricing.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and contribute to the métier's collection newsletter.
- Manage high jewelry stock pieces and new items, coordinating availability for meetings and handling loan requests with stock and requesting departments (communication, press, client experience).
- Currently a student in a gap year or final year of a business school or equivalent, with significant experience in collection/marketing.
- Excellent organizational skills and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong product sensitivity and result-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in numerical data analysis with strong analytical skills.
- Solid command of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Curiosity and sensitivity towards the high jewelry sector.
Significant experience in collection or marketing is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent, in a gap year or final year.
