Hermès Assistant Product Manager - Beauty Development

- Assist in the construction of the marketing plan and product development.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming and the development of impactful concepts aligned with Hermès' universe.
- Oversee the catalog offerings and the development of new products from concept to commercialization.
- Draft creative briefs and factory briefs; create mock-ups, 2D visualizations, and execution documents in coordination with agencies.
- Coordinate photo shoots and assist in the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for internal marketing plan presentations.
- Design sales support tools.
- Manage operational tasks and serve as an interface with various support services (R&D, packaging development, purchasing, communication, merchandising, training).
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform and implement development strategies.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of campaigns (Lip and Hand ranges).
- Perform market studies on product launches and competitive analysis.
- A successful initial experience of 6 months, ideally in a similar role, is highly appreciated.
- Higher education in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
- Previous corporate experience with recognized autonomy, curiosity, commitment, and creativity.
- Passion for the cosmetics sector.
- Attention to detail and a strong team spirit.
- Creativity and innovation in product development.
- Strong analytical skills for market and campaign analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in creating marketing materials and presentations.
A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a similar function is preferred.
Higher education in Business School, IAE, University, or equivalent.
