- Provide first-level support for governance tools such as Planisware and JIRA, diagnosing and resolving simple technical issues.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams and document incidents and solutions in a knowledge base.
- Create training materials for governance tools, including user manuals, practical guides, and presentation supports.
- Monitor support performance indicators, such as call volume and resolution time.
- Contribute to change management by developing and implementing communication plans for governance tools and major deployments.
- Facilitate internal communication channels and organize internal events for the department.
- Draft articles and updates on tool usage.
- Plan and track the roadmap for new training module development.
- Schedule training sessions for tool users and monitor qualitative and quantitative indicators.
- Collect user feedback and relay it to relevant teams.
- Conduct research on best practices in communication, training, and support for continuous improvement.
- Propose enhancements to optimize the use of governance tools.
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Communication, Marketing, IT, or Project Management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Knowledge of governance tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Planisware.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and graphic creation software like Canva and Bananatag is advantageous.
- Excellent command of the French language with strong writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Pedagogical skills and the ability to convey information effectively.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Autonomy and initiative.
- Teamwork capabilities.
A preliminary experience in project management is advantageous.
Pursuing a Master's degree in a relevant field.
