1. Assist in managing the operations of the Men's Universe department at the Maison Madison Flagship.
2. Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve departmental goals.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of visual merchandising.
4. Collaborate with the team to foster a positive and dynamic work environment.
5. Oversee inventory management and optimize stock levels.
6. Contribute to staff training and development initiatives.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably in luxury fashion.
