1. Assist in managing the leather department at the Maison Madison flagship store.
2. Support the store manager in daily operations and team supervision.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of luxury retail.
4. Coordinate with the merchandising team to optimize product displays and inventory.
5. Facilitate training and development of sales associates.
6. Contribute to sales strategies and promotional activities.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail management.
2. Strong understanding of leather goods and luxury fashion.
3. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in retail management software.

A minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail management role, preferably with experience in leather goods.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred.
