1. Coordinate and manage order portfolio operations as requested by various departments, including integrations, cancellations, and substitutions.
2. Oversee and optimize allocation and delivery priorities for international stores in collaboration with departments and Retail Planners.
3. Conduct initial planning with departments and monitor adherence to production plans.
4. Manage product allocations and implement rebalancing decisions made by Retail Planning.
5. Handle the launch of new collections and products.
6. Organize stock campaigns and push offers.
7. Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual budgets for departments.
8. Communicate and advise departments through regular reports, meetings, and internal and market summaries.
9. Relay general information from departments to the network and vice versa.

1. Business School degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.

1. Understanding of production issues, product allocation, stock management, and retail.
2. Ability to take a broad view, maintain perspective, and manage priorities with rigor and responsiveness.
3. Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and effective communication (both oral and written).
4. Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
5. Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Cognos, TM1, PowerBi, and excellent English language skills.
