Hermès Assistant Distribution Planner Intern

- Coordinate and manage order portfolio operations as requested by various departments, including integrations, cancellations, and substitutions.
- Oversee and optimize allocation and delivery priorities for international stores in collaboration with departments and Retail Planners.
- Conduct initial planning with departments and monitor adherence to production plans.
- Manage product allocations and implement rebalancing decisions made by Retail Planning.
- Handle the launch of new collections and products.
- Organize stock campaigns and push offers.
- Ensure the achievement of monthly and annual budgets for departments.
- Communicate and advise departments through regular reports, meetings, and internal and market summaries.
- Relay general information from departments to the network and vice versa.
- Business School degree, preferably with a specialization in Supply Chain.
- Understanding of production issues, product allocation, stock management, and retail.
- Ability to take a broad view, maintain perspective, and manage priorities with rigor and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills, service orientation, and effective communication (both oral and written).
- Analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Cognos, TM1, PowerBi, and excellent English language skills.
