Hermès Assistant Business Analyst - Men's Ready-to-Wear

- Conduct monthly reporting, including country-specific performance analysis of collections, sales, stock levels, and resale rates.
- Analyze bestsellers and slow sellers by region.
- Monitor product performance and stock levels.
- Participate in ad-hoc market studies and analyses.
- Support Zone Managers with country and store commercial analyses in preparation for their travels.
- Prepare tools for Zone Managers to create market visit reports.
- Develop sales support materials for events and new product launches.
- Assist with competitive intelligence and fashion news.
- Prepare analytical materials for meetings and participate in the creation of sales support tools.
- Track showroom performance and contribute to end-of-collection reports.
- Draft seasonal key points and develop new training modules and materials.
- Provide occasional support on training and visual merchandising issues.
- Student pursuing a Master's degree in Business School or equivalent.
- Previous experience in sales and/or retail merchandising is advantageous.
- Exceptional rigor, organization, and dynamism.
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented, discreet, and humble.
- Versatility and stress management.
- Interest in men's ready-to-wear and fashion.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Previous experience in sales or retail merchandising is a plus.
Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business or equivalent.
