Hermès Sales Planning Intern

- Monitor weekly and monthly billing (Sell-in) and compare sales figures against budget.
- Analyze order portfolios and delivery rates.
- Manage monthly quality control and central stock levels.
- Contribute to monthly retail sales performance reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Propose updates to analytical tools and reports.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses of customer purchasing behavior using CRM data.
- Update product sheets for digital sales tools ahead of buying sessions.
- Prepare sales support tools such as catalogs and product mappings.
- Track sales and assist in presenting purchasing results.
- Participate in the annual five-year forecast exercise with retail merchandisers.
- Revise forecasts for permanently stocked products.
- Control and analyze the accuracy of Podium forecasts.
- Business school or engineering school background.
- Previous internship experience in management control, business analysis, or retail merchandising.
- Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (Excel test required).
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information.
- Capacity to provide meaningful insights and strategic overview.
Previous internship experience in management control, business analysis, or retail merchandising is required.
Business school or engineering school background.
