Hermès Assistant Area Manager Intern

- Conduct monthly analysis of sell-in and sell-out performance for Travel Retail clients using predefined KPIs.
- Develop and propose action plans based on sales analysis.
- Monitor annual product launches to optimize revenue management.
- Track inventory levels and manage stock shortages.
- Ensure merchandising implementations align with approved plans, maintaining Hermès Parfum & Beauté's image.
- Coordinate with field teams and operational marketing for negotiated animations.
- Consolidate training tools and visual plans for field teams.
- Maintain daily communication with field teams.
- Oversee budget tracking for promotional materials and manage order processing and invoice reception.
- Assist in preparing strategic client presentations and business reviews.
- Support junior Key Account Manager duties with select clients.
- Aid in the preparation of online launch files and monitor authorized sales points.
- Participate in field visits.
- Master's student in business school or university.
- Previous experience in a commercial or operational marketing team is ideal.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage daily priorities independently.
- Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and pivot tables.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish or German is advantageous.
Previous experience in a commercial or operational marketing team is ideal.
Master's student in business school or university.
