Hermès Assistant and Collection Coordinator

- Provide executive assistance to the Director of Cultural Heritage, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and organizing travel and expenses.
- Prepare presentations, take meeting notes, and manage budget reporting and invoicing.
- Coordinate the activities of the Émile Hermès Collection, including museum visit scheduling and visitor management.
- Oversee new acquisitions, including transportation and inventory, in collaboration with the conservation team.
- Manage team administration, including subscriptions, HR information, and seminar organization.
- Facilitate communication between the Director and the team, ensuring efficient information flow.
- Propose and develop visit formats and presentation materials for the Collection.
- Participate in exhibitions and cultural projects, ensuring their organization and animation.
- Design and implement children's workshops and contribute to the Hermesphère Patrimoine page.
- Significant experience in executive assistance or cultural/artistic project coordination.
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
- Service-oriented with adaptability and flexibility.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organization.

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
