1. Post coverage and stock security
2. Ensure associate compliance and education on asset protection awareness
3. Report violations and incidents
4. Conduct audits and maintain proper records
5. Investigate and follow up on incidents
6. Manage outsourced security guards
7. Determine associate compliance with company policy and procedures
8. Conduct routine inspections to maintain physical security
9. Complete required audits and inspections with accurate documentation
10. Conduct safety inspections and communicate hazards to local management
11. Control access of associates and visitors to ensure physical security

1. 1-3 years of loss prevention or retail experience
2. High School diploma or equivalent
3. 8-hour Pre Assignment and 16-hour On-The-Job certificates or Security License (mandatory in NYC)

The range for this position is $25.67 - $28.37. Actual rates are determined based on the job, location, and individual experience.
