Hermès Art Procurement Project Assistant

- Conduct research and monitoring to pre-select artists for window displays.
- Compile presentation dossiers for artists, including notes on their career paths, summaries of their artistic expressions, and representative photographs.
- Create presentation dossiers on Hermès' window display activities and collaborations with artists for new artist applications.
- Assist in updating artist calendars.
- Support and track projects led by the window display manager, including meetings, reports, and follow-ups with subsidiaries.
- Ensure the archiving of contracts with artists.
- Participate in the organization of annual Window Display Seminars, including travel logistics and presentation materials.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing subsidiary budgets.
- Draft meeting reports.
- Update department data and activity reports for communication department presentations.
- Aid in specific project follow-ups, such as year-end gifts.
- Currently pursuing an education in the arts.
- Strong knowledge of the contemporary art sector is essential.
- Interest in digital media is appreciated.
- Proficiency in project management skills: flexibility, responsiveness, organization, rigor, versatility, practicality, synthesis ability, and deadline management.
- Awareness of artistic and cultural news, with a proactive approach.
- Team spirit with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office; proficiency in Adobe Suite and/or InDesign is advantageous.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong proficiency in French.

No prior professional experience required; however, familiarity with the contemporary art scene and project management is beneficial.
