Art Buying and Window Display Project Assistant Intern

1. Conduct research and monitoring to pre-select artists.
2. Prepare presentation dossiers for artists, including notes on their background and artistic expressions.
3. Compile presentation dossiers on Hermès' window display activities and collaborations with artists.
4. Assist in updating artist calendars.
5. Support and follow up on window display projects, including meetings, reports, and coordination with subsidiaries.
6. Ensure the archiving of contracts with artists.
7. Participate in organizing annual Window Display Seminars, including travel logistics and presentation materials.
8. Assist in monitoring and analyzing subsidiary budgets.
9. Draft meeting reports.
10. Update departmental data and activity reports for communication department presentations.
11. Support specific projects such as year-end gifts.

1. Currently pursuing education in the artistic field.
2. Strong knowledge of contemporary art is essential.
3. Interest in digital media is appreciated.

1. Project management skills: flexibility, reactivity, organization, method, rigor, versatility, practicality, synthesis ability, deadline and priority management.
2. Team spirit and ability to motivate and coordinate diverse stakeholders.
3. Excellent command of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and/or InDesign is a plus.
4. Fluent in written and spoken English and French.

Experience in the contemporary art sector is required.

Currently pursuing education in the artistic field.
