- Coordinate the production of communication materials across print, film, and digital platforms, including brochures, digital content, institutional films, and press kits.
- Assist the Art Buying Director in the preparation and management of photo shoots and film productions, including talent scouting, casting, and logistical arrangements.
- Support the issuance and tracking of purchase orders and rights assignments.
- Renegotiate talent rights as necessary.
- Identify and scout new artistic talents.
- Currently enrolled in a communication, art, or business school.
- Organized, meticulous, and enthusiastic with a desire to engage in a dynamic and formative experience.
- Proficiency in English.
- Familiarity with Macintosh environment, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Suite.
- Ability to anticipate, take initiative, and work autonomously.
Previous experience in production or art buying, with knowledge of artist representation agencies, production companies, and modeling agencies.
Pursuing a degree in communication, art, or business.
