Hermès Art Buying and Production Intern

- Assist the Art Buying and Production team in organizing various projects, including photo shoots, videos, and digital content related to the brand's image.
- Identify and coordinate photographers, directors, models, stylists, and other creative talents in alignment with the creative needs of each production.
- Monitor new talents and creative trends in the market.
- Conduct location scouting and administrative follow-up.
- Participate in organizing shoots and coordinating teams, including schedule creation and administrative tracking.
- Ensure smooth execution by being present and assisting during shoots and filming.
- Archive and update databases of talents and productions.
- Currently enrolled in a fashion, communication, design school, or equivalent program.
- Strong artistic sensibility and familiarity with visual references in luxury, fashion, and photography.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with creative and executive profiles.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote) and Adobe Suite (preferred).

No prior experience required, but familiarity with the luxury fashion industry is advantageous.
