1. Coordinate orders for partner equestrian clients.
2. Ensure timely and accurate processing of equestrian product requests.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to manage inventory and supply chain logistics.
4. Maintain strong relationships with partner clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements for order management.

1. Enrollment in a relevant apprenticeship program.
2. Basic understanding of equestrian products and market.

1. Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Proficiency in order management systems and software.
4. Customer service orientation with a focus on client satisfaction.

Prior experience in retail or order management is advantageous but not mandatory.

Currently pursuing a degree or certification relevant to retail management or equestrian studies.
