Hermès Apprentice Technical Design Assistant

- Collaborate closely with the Director of the Women's Ready-to-Wear Technical Design Office and Methodology team.
- Learn to construct technical sheets, ensuring coherence in material boards and assembly sections.
- Identify complexities in model assembly and propose production alternatives.
- Participate in developing new assembly techniques, including fabric mock-ups.
- Train in Kaledo and PLM CENTRIC software, and manage pattern outputs via plotter.
- Maintain a technical sheet program aligned with knowledge level under the guidance of a training supervisor.
- Compile dossiers for model makers for trial and master launches.
- Assist in photographing prototype details and archiving fabric swatches.
- Contribute to regular organization and updates of the Technical Design Office.
- Support cross-functional services during peak activity periods, including meeting setups for showroom reviews.
- Student at BT/Professional Baccalaureate/CAP BEP level in garment manufacturing (Couture school training such as AICP).
- Preferably specialized in soft material industry or industrial modeling.
- Strong foundational knowledge in pattern making and cutting.
- Familiarity with garment manufacturing and technical sheets.
- Willingness to learn and use computer tools (Kaledo/Illustrator for assembly sections, Excel for measurement tables).
- Previous internship experience in a factory is advantageous.
- Passion for fashion, garment manufacturing, and materials.
