2. Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure alignment with Hermès' standards of excellence.
3. Support the prototyping process by coordinating with artisans and suppliers.
4. Contribute to the research and innovation of new materials and techniques.
5. Maintain meticulous records of development processes and outcomes.

1. Enrollment in a relevant educational program, such as textile design or fashion studies.
2. Strong interest in luxury fashion and artisanal craftsmanship.

1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Previous experience in a similar role or internship within the fashion industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in textile design, fashion, or a related field.
