1. Assist in the development and implementation of color and colorimetry processes.
2. Support the engineering team in color matching and quality control.
3. Collaborate with artisans to ensure color consistency across leather goods.
4. Participate in research and development of new color techniques.
5. Maintain accurate documentation of color standards and processes.

1. Enrollment in a relevant engineering or design program.
2. Basic understanding of colorimetry and color science.

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Attention to detail and precision in color matching.
3. Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of artisans and engineers.

No prior experience required, but a foundational knowledge of color science is preferred.

Currently pursuing a degree in engineering, design, or a related field.
