Hermès Apple Services Manager

- Ensure adherence to Group standards and Digital Workplace orientations, supporting employees in their implementation.
- Serve as the internal DSI reference for Apple technologies, providing stability and resilience in a context where expertise is largely supported by external resources.
- Act as a key contact for business units and local IT teams across Hermès' global operations, requiring proficiency in English for both verbal and written communication.
- Contribute to the development of the Apple service offering, expanding its accessibility to international users and subsidiaries.
- Facilitate skill enhancement for various teams within and outside the DSI through documentation, communication, and training.
- Oversee the development and management of relevant services/teams, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Understand sector demands and stakeholder expectations, planning service development and delivery accordingly.
- Report on service performance, key risks, and issues to management.
- Expand activity scope to new industrial equipment, potentially establishing a dedicated team for this area.
- 5 to 10 years of experience, including at least 1 year with Apple equipment in a significant organization.
- Significant experience in service catalog management and IT service construction.
- At least 3 years of experience managing internal client relationships.
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Coordination skills
- Familiarity with standard product/project management tools like Atlassian JIRA
- Understanding of cost mechanisms and profitability studies
- Knowledge and experience in industrial IT
- Experience managing a global equipment fleet: standardization, industrialization, automation
- Familiarity with popular agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
5 to 10 years of relevant experience, including significant exposure to Apple equipment management and service catalog construction.
