- Ensure the application of group standards and Digital Workplace guidelines while supporting employees.
- Act as an internal reference for Apple technologies to provide stability and resilience.
- Serve as a key contact for business and local IT teams across Hermès' global operations.
- Develop the Apple service offering to make it accessible internationally.
- Enhance the skills of various teams regarding Apple technologies through documentation and training.
- Oversee the development and management of relevant services and teams.
- Understand sector demands and stakeholder expectations to plan service development.
- Report on service performance, key risks, and issues to management.
- Expand the scope of activity to new industrial equipment and potentially create a dedicated team.
- 5 to 10 years of experience, with at least 1 year in Apple equipment management in a large organization.
- Significant experience in service catalog management and IT service construction.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing internal client relationships.
- Client-oriented mindset
- Ability to collaborate in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Coordination skills
- Knowledge of standard product/project management tools like Atlassian JIRA
- Understanding of cost mechanisms and profitability studies
- Experience in industrial IT
- Understanding of global equipment management challenges
- Familiarity with agile practices and frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Extreme Programming)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in an international environment
