1. Oversee the emergence, design, deployment, industrialization, and lifecycle management of Apple technology services.
2. Ensure service offerings meet business needs with high quality, adhering to architectural guidelines and security policies.

4. Act as an internal reference for Apple technologies, ensuring stability and resilience.
5. Serve as a key contact for business and local IT teams globally, requiring English communication.
