Responsibilities
- Oversee the emergence, design, deployment, industrialization, and lifecycle management of Apple technology services.
- Ensure service offerings meet business needs with high quality, adhering to architectural guidelines and security policies.
- Apply group standards and digital workplace orientations, supporting employees.
- Act as an internal reference for Apple technologies, ensuring stability and resilience.
- Serve as a key contact for business and local IT teams globally, requiring English communication.
- Develop and expand the Apple service offering for international accessibility.
- Enhance team competencies through documentation, communication, and training.
- Supervise relevant service development and management, ensuring quality service delivery.
- Understand sector demands and stakeholder expectations, planning service development accordingly.
- Report on service performance, risks, and issues to management.
- Expand activity scope to new industrial equipment and potentially create a dedicated team.
