Hermès Analytics Engineer / Data Analyst

- Ensure data quality by maintaining clean, secure, and anonymized data in collaboration with Data Engineers, ML Ops, and Developers.
- Develop and maintain data transformation pipelines using SQL (BigQuery) and automate processes with Dataform.
- Monitor data flow evolution through Data Lineage and adjust pipelines as needed.
- Create and maintain dashboards using Looker Studio, exploring data via SQL queries to develop relevant KPIs.
- Analyze and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and understand dynamics on hermes.com, including sales, traffic, and customer segmentation.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, maintaining data confidentiality and privacy regulations.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Big Data, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of digital and e-commerce challenges.
- Proficiency in BI/Data Visualization tools such as Google Looker Studio or PowerBI.
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation (BigQuery, MySQL, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).
- Experience with ETL/Data Transformation tools like Dataform, dbt, or Dataiku.
- Knowledge of Web/Product Analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Piano, Content Square, Mix Panel, Amplitude).
- Basic programming skills in Python and foundational knowledge in Machine Learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong team spirit and relationship-building abilities.
- Fluency in English for international communication.
A minimum of three years in data analysis, with a focus on digital and e-commerce environments.
Master's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Big Data, Mathematics/Statistics.
