- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in after-sales service management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with a keen attention to detail.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within after-sales services, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
