1. Oversee the after-sales service operations at the Maison Madison flagship store.
2. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving service issues promptly.

5. Monitor and report on service performance metrics and customer feedback.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the luxury retail sector.
2. Strong understanding of after-sales service processes and customer relationship management.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within luxury retail, preferably in after-sales service.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
