- Draft, formalize, and implement repair and control procedures across the repair network.
- Technically approve new repairs, ensuring compliance with Hermès standards.
- Conduct detailed qualitative analyses, including observations, measurements, and product audits in stores.
- Audit the reliability and completeness of quality information in the system.
- Maintain and update defect databases to associate defect codes with products, enhancing accessibility for data entry teams.
- Define and automate data extraction processes for sharing with manufacturers and designers.
- Participate in monitoring quality alert pieces during case processing.
- Generalist Engineer, Bac+5 or equivalent.
- Analytical and synthetic skills to handle large volumes of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate a complex environment with diverse product lines.
- Team spirit and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and rigor to ensure impeccable product management quality.
No specific experience required, but relevant experience in quality assurance or after-sales service is advantageous.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
