1. Draft, formalize, and implement repair and control procedures across the repair network.
2. Technically approve new repairs, ensuring compliance with Hermès standards.
3. Conduct detailed qualitative analyses, including observations, measurements, and product audits in stores.
4. Audit the reliability and completeness of quality information in the system.
5. Maintain and update defect databases to associate defect codes with products, enhancing accessibility for data entry teams.
6. Define and automate data extraction processes for sharing with manufacturers and designers.
7. Participate in monitoring quality alert pieces during case processing.

1. Generalist Engineer, Bac+5 or equivalent.
