- Understand customer needs and expectations within the context of after-sales services.
- Evaluate and validate appropriate treatment for defective items, repairs, and restorations.
- Analyze repairability and coordinate with repair workshops.

- Provide repair quotes and timelines, and communicate any delays.
- Facilitate technical communication between stores and final customers.
- Justify non-defective product claims with reasoned explanations.
- Advise on after-sales commercial policies to stores, suppliers, and internal services.
- Monitor product quality and alert relevant product range referents.
- Consult suppliers for technical decisions when necessary.
