1. Understand customer needs and expectations within the context of after-sales services.
2. Evaluate and validate appropriate treatment for defective items, repairs, and restorations.
3. Analyze repairability and coordinate with repair workshops.
4. Ensure compliance and quality control of completed repairs.
5. Provide repair quotes and timelines, and communicate any delays.
6. Facilitate technical communication between stores and final customers.
7. Justify non-defective product claims with reasoned explanations.
8. Advise on after-sales commercial policies to stores, suppliers, and internal services.
9. Monitor product quality and alert relevant product range referents.
10. Consult suppliers for technical decisions when necessary.
