Hermès After-Sales Product Assistant

- Assist in managing after-sales product processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless after-sales service.
- Support the development and implementation of after-sales strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and report on product performance.
- Assist in the preparation of after-sales documentation and reports.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant academic program or recent graduate.
- Strong understanding of luxury fashion industry standards.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
Some prior experience in a customer service or product management role is preferred, ideally within the luxury sector.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Fashion Management, or a related field.
